I have! In my country, we air Japanese dramas and ever since I watched them, I've become so fascinated with the country. So, I've been learning the language ever since I was little.

Here's the Enforcers' offices, by the way. If somethin' real big comes up and you need to get the local law enforcement involved, this is the place to go... Although if you ask me, you might have an easier time if you happen to know a real tough Otherworlder.
It's always fun when you pick up certain things from other countries. I can't wait to learn about them.
[Once they stop at the building, Sonia looks at the HQ in complete and total awe. When she's finally snapped out of it, she immediately helps Hizumi lug the thief into the HQ.]
Oh my! I had so much fun chatting that I nearly forgot about our original objective. I see... this place does look impressive. I'll remember that in case I run into trouble. [There's a slight pause before she turns to Hizumi with a smile.] Is that so? Then... would it be all right if I asked you? I think you are quite tough, yourself!
Buuuut as much as I hate to say it, there's actually a couple others I've sworn to protect. [A sad, melancholy smile at Sonia.] I'd do everythin' I could to help you if you needed it, but... Unfortunately, I can't say for sure I'd be the most reliable.
[The thief is making faces at how corny that just was.]
Confident too? She's just finding all sorts of reasons to admire him even more.]

[Yeah, it's really hard to maintain a healthy despair under the assault of so many appreciative words. The bindings fade away into ordinary shadows, but thankfully they're already close to HQ and Hizumi's got sharp eyes along with a good understanding of his emotional control here - he takes the opportunity to grab the thief's arm and twist it behind his back before continuing to push him inside by the shoulders as though nothing in particular had just happened to make him lose focus like that.
And, hey, now the thief has something to distract him from the corny talk! Everyone wins.]

Once they arrived at the HQ, Sonia does her best not to get in Hizumi's way since he had a much better handle ont the thief, she also kept a watchful eye to make sure he didn't try anything funny, even if she knew that there was no way he would be able to get away. At the sight of the two youngsters, some enforcers are alarmed when they noticed the powers being used to subdue the thief. ]
We just had a dreadful encounter with a thief. I'm rather new to this world, but I assume that you all will be able to take it from here?

He may no longer be the devil, but he still rather likes the ~*dark and mysterious*~ past himself – and given how much of his aesthetic still involves the colors black and red along with details like bat wings and such… He’s definitely still owning the look.
But then the enforcers come along looking rather concerned and ah, we can’t have that. His expression becomes somewhat apologetic.]
When I heard this young miss calling out for this man to stop, I jumped in to help – but considerin’ he’d been runnin’, I didn’t really trust him to stick around if I gave him the chance, you know? Seemed like the best idea was to bring him to you guys. It’d be really bad if other newcomers ended up bein’ victims of thefts right when they just got here.
[Somewhat mollified by his quieter, almost gentle demeanor, they nod and move to help restrain the man, leaving Hizumi free to move as he likes once more. He celebrates this by planting his hands on his hips proudly.]
And that settles that! Not the greatest welcome to this place, but hopefully you’ll find it isn’t all bad.
[The look of concern causes Sonia to immediately become worried. She's getting ready to step in and say her piece, but Hizumi was able to handle it.]
Yes! Hizumi-san helped me in retrieving my money that the thief stole from me. If it wasn't for him, I would have been out of luck. With that, he also prevented the thief from making any more robberies onto poor unsuspecting victims!
[Okay. Maybe she just wanted an excuse to brag about Hizumi to the enforcers. He deserved all of that praise! He was able to prevent her from yakety saxing into forever with the thief. She would have not been able to buy any lunch for herself.
The notion of him proudly putting his hands on his hips causes her to giggle and in return, she politely does a quick curtsy. ]
Thank you so much for the kind welcome! Even if it wasn't the greatest first experience into this place, I'm really happy that I met you because of it. I'm sure I'll come to like this place! [She pauses.] If possible, would you do me the honor of joining me for lunch or dinner one day? I want to repay you for retriving my money back for me!
[And now that he's not keeping his emotions down with despair, the sparkles are out in full force. It is now even more obvious he is absolutely soaking up all the praise.]
Of course, of course! It'll probably take a bit to settle, but my schedule's pretty free once you have the time!

[Such radiating sparkles! Sonia is beaming as well from the sight of watching Hizumi in such a glow. Sparkles were even beginning to shine around her from the fleeting happiness she was feeling.]
